I swear! Try this re...Oh, Flora it's so easy! I swear! Try this recipe: 1 stick plus 2 tbsp cold butter, 1 and 1/4 cup flour and 2 tbsp water. Cut the butter up into smaller cubes and mix it all together with your hands, pinching the butter into the flour. If you're not using it for pandowdy, bake for 35 min in a 425 F oven (this is adapted from a European recipe hence the odd amounts!)
